BLOGGING BASICS

The Friends of Milton Public Library is hosting a writers’ workshop, Blogging Basics, on Saturday, January 20, 2007, 3-5 p.m. at the Milton Public Library, 476 Canton Avenue. Refreshments will be served and a suggested donation of $5 per guest will be collected at the door.

Bloggers post comments or observations on Web sites and on-line journals and blogging has become a powerful form of information sharing. Gather how-to advice and special insights from columnist and professional blogger Tom Regan, a Milton resident.

Mr. Regan is a columnist with The Christian Science Monitor, is a Nieman Fellow and former executive director with the On-Line News Association. He is a member of the National Society of Newspaper Columnists. His personal blog, Reganopoly/My American Life, is found on www.tomregan.com
